Description

McLaren Vale

Nestled between rolling hills and sandy beaches, 35 km south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula, McLaren Vale has a Mediterranean climate ideal for grape growing and is famous for its intensely flavoured Shiraz.

d’Arenberg

d’Arenberg is a family-owned winery, operating for over 100 years. The whole range of internationally acclaimed wine is made using traditional methods in the winery and vineyard.

A Day of Decadence at d'Arenberg

Your experience begins in the Alternate Realties Museum on the ground floor of the d’Arenberg Cube, where your host will take you through a space filled with wall to wall art installations designed to excite and awaken your senses. You will then proceed with your host to explore the original cellar, built in 1927 where you will hear about the d’Arenberg family history and the winemaking philosophies as you taste wine straight from the barrel. Complete your day of decadence at the d’Arenberg Cube Restaurant for a degustation you will lose yourself in for hours. Serving exceptional dishes that engage your imagination in an environment designed to stimulate the senses, the Cube Restaurant offers a unique dining adventure that challenges convention. Optional wine pairings are available, or you can be guided by our Sommelier on the day. We recommend you allow at least 4 hours to enjoy the lunch.
