The Golf Tee Time is booked for 10:00am (or nearest available time) on the 2nd day of stay, with the 1st day being the day of arrival. Notification will be sent if dates are unavailable or if alternative dates or times have been booked. Should this day or time not be suitable, it is the guests’ responsibility to contact the Hamilton Island Golf Cub directly to amend the tee time booking - email: golf@hamiltonisland.com.au or phone: +61 7 49489760. Any unused package inclusions are non-refundable.

Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received before 14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, only administration charges will apply.
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 8-14 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, 20% of the transaction amount plus administration charges will apply.
Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation or amendment request received within 7 days of activity/check-in start date plus 3 working days, or ‘No Shows’, no refund will be issued.
A working day means it is not a weekend or a public holiday in China or Hong Kong SAR.
